Leadership:

Led an award-winning team of 80+ amazing professionals. Part of the Yesler executive leadership team, provided guidance to the company CEO and President in areas of agency direction, innovation and vision. Managed multi-million-dollar budget and contributes toward millions in company revenue. Initially built the Creative Services team from the ground up, transforming it into the second-largest revenue contributor for the agency. Promoted to VP & ECD for Client Services group, which includes Analytics, Creative, Integrated Marketing Strategy, Paid Media and Social Media. Clients include Google, Microsoft, Amazon, SAP, Zillow and more. Internal ambassador for agency pro bono program, communications, and culture

Coaching and Leadership Development:

Through both roles as Communications Manager and Communications & Training Manager at T-Mobile, supported an organization of 500+ employees by providing executive leadership and coaching for finance VPs and senior directors in areas of vision, mission, strategy, and goals. Worked to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement through awareness, comprehension, application and sharing. Created, drove and delivered significant strategic changes to the annual communication plans for executive and upper management teams to communicate eeffectively and appropriately in the midst of an economic downturn while facing the challenges of a maturing telecommunications industry.

Entrepreneurship:

Sole proprietor and owner of Bouncing Wall, a Seattle-based retail boutique and gallery that supported over 140 local artists and designers to showcase their original, wearable, usable and functional art. Made conscientious shopping easy for customers by supporting those who create products made from recycled, reclaimed and eco-friendly materials and those who adhere to global fair-trade standards.
